Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
